SIMSINLifts

Founded in 2022 by telecoms experts, Chaim Grunfeld and Chaim Berkowicz, SIMSINLiftscame to Make More Noise in May 2024, looking to establish connection with its target market.

The multi-roam sim company was ready to offer its customers genuine innovation, with multi-roam lift sims able to connect to any network for uninterrupted emergency communications. Despite the clear value provided, however, the brand had a strong LinkedIn and website presence but needed to establish awareness and credibility through the power of PR.

Building brand trust and recognition

Already trusted by major lift companies like Griffin Elevators and JNL Lifts, Make More Noise set out to build upon the firm’s developing roots, using case studies to help the brand gain traction.

The press coverage garnered helped more lift industry clients to learn about SIMSINLifts and its unique value. With awards recognition added to the mix, credibility soared – not only in the elevator world but also within the wider world of business.

Establishing expertise

Focussing on thought leadership alongside other critical PR activities, Make More Noise was able to build this credibility further, securing articles in top industry publications, such as Lift Journal, to establish SIMSINLifts as a cutting-edge voice to follow.

After several months of hard work and collaboration, the brand had gone from small niche-product company to lift sector expert, reaching more and more members of its target audience directly as this command continued to flourish.

Brilliant outcomes

Not only did SIMSINLifts benefit from a marked increase in direct engagement from relevant partners as a result, but it also saw a marked rise in revenue.

This growth has positioned SIMSINLifts positively for the next leg of innovation, with Make More Noise supporting the brand through both the development and upgrade of its industry-first sim management platform and the launch of its one-of-its-kind sim-to-telephony system integration.

Seizing opportunity

With the big public switched telephone network (PTSN) switch-off on the horizon for January 2027, now is indeed a critical time for SIMSINLifts, as it supports more lift manufacturing and engineering companies to transition to sim-powered emergency comms, if they already haven’t. Make More Noise will play a fundamental role in helping the brand to secure new partnerships at this critical time, likewise helping to bring more lift clients who already have sims on board, through its support of SIMSINLifts’ new services, such as its world-first integration between lift sims and its sister company Prime Connect’s advanced telephony systems.

A remarkable difference

Throughout the course of SIMSINLifts’ first year of PR, Make More Noise has enabled SIMSINLifts to directly engage with its target audience and has established itself as a leading industry presence, positioning the company’s founders as leading experts whilst supporting the continued growth of a loyal customer base.

Partnering with Make More Noise has been a game-changing in launching SIMSINLifts. The team’s expertise and extensive connections have helped us gain the credibility needed in our vertical. With outstanding response times and thorough reporting, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure our success.
